Hi friends of Space for Movement Studio,

First and foremost, I want to say “thanks so much” to everyone who has continued with taking classes at our studio in the last year. I’m really happy that you all have found value in taking classes and that you have continued with the support of the studio and the classes we have offered, including my own. I’ve had a bit of an emotionally rough year with the inevitable closing of the studio and what I thought was going to be the end of all my classes at the same time, but the great news is that the dance studio will remain as the “Elbow Room Dance Studio” and I get to be a regular tenant again. This means I get to focus on teaching again and I’m really excited about it.

What that means for me is that after December I’ll still be teaching three days at a week at the studio, but I’ll only be there on those days instead of the six days a week I am putting in currently. My own classes will continue on Tuesday, Thursday and one weekend day. I’m trying to arrange my schedule to meet the needs of the majority that wish to continue and as such, I’ve created s survey to try to determine what would work best for those that wish to continue with my classes.

If you are a currently student of any of my classes and did not get a link to a survey, please let me know and I’ll send you the link. I want to try to accommodate as many people as possible!

For those that have been taking other classes at the studio, don’t fret. Many of the same classes will remain at the studio, but now you will need to pay each teacher directly as they will no longer be subcontractors for my business. If you have questions about how to contact the teachers, please let me know who you want to contact and I’ll try to put you in touch with them.

Again, thanks for all your support and I hope to see you in class again soon!
